I myself am on a mission to lose 60-70 pounds, and have gone through the same thing. Now it's about health. Just as in PPL when your why is there, the decision is made and you have the end in mind. The how will take care of itself. I appreciate Ms. Baremore for addressing this vital issue. Being a southerner it is acceptable to be heavy. Please have her on at each weight loss milestone. I no longer eat ice cream either and she inspires me to lose as well. I have wanted to return to the weight I was before I gave birth to my twins who are now taller than I am so I'm overdue.
